Fee Schedule for 2025-2026 School Year

We are committed to providing high quality, evidence based, comprehensive services at a fair price to our community. 

Discounts are available for families who choose to pay upfront for the entire semester or year.  Invoices will be sent to your email via Honeybook.

All individual sessions include: 

• personalized weekly parent communication by email
• once a quarter 30 minute parent session during the academic year
• student communicate with their coach via email during the week if needed
• regular correspondence with other members of the student’s team such as school, therapists, and medical professional are also available upon request with the appropriate release of information form on file. 

Group sessions include:

• weekly parent communication via our group newsletter where we list the strategies and practices we are working on each week and tips for how you can support those practices.
• once a quarter 15 minute parent check-in during the academic year if requested

Sessions are weekly with the exception of school holidays.  

If a client gives 24 hours notice, a session can be rescheduled with no fee.  Missed sessions without 24 hour notice are nonrefundable.  

Individual Coaching Sessions

• Individual session rate: $150 per session
• Monthly rates: $450 per month (1 session per week) - savings of $450 per semester [Payments due on the 1st of the month August - May]
• Semester rates: $2000 per semester (1 session per week for 18 weeks) - savings of $700 per semester  [Payments due the first week of each semester]

Group Coaching Sessions

• Monthly rates: $320 per month (1 session per week) [Payments due on the 1st of the month August - May]
• Semester rates: $1350 per semester (1 session per week for 18 weeks) - savings of $250 per semester [Payments due the first week of each semester]

Summer Sessions

• 4 Session Package: $400 (discount of $50 per session during the summer months)
• Middle School 101: $75 for 3 hour intensive
• High School 101: $75 for 3 hour intensive
• Parent University: $50 for 2 hour intensive (each registration includes spots for 2 guests - bring a spouse, co-parent, grandparent, or friend!)
